GroupAaron is more than a Crowdfunding platform. It is a community built around people, ideas,
businesses, brands, goals, and initiatives that have the potential to create positive impact.
Our membership program gives individuals access to the wider GroupAaron community including
eligible programs, events, seminars, networking opportunities, community activities, and the opportunity to apply for
Crowdfunding campaigns.
Membership comes first. Crowdfunding comes with membership.
By becoming a GroupAaron member, you become part of a community where members are encouraged not only to pursue
their own goals, but also to disocver encourage, share, and support the goals of others.
The GroupAaron Membership Card is your official membership identification
within the GroupAaron community.
The card is designed to identify your membership status and connect you to the benefits and opportunities available under
your membership plan.
Each membership record contains important information such as:
Every member recieves a uniques 12-digit membership identification number. This number is assigned to the individual
member and is used to identify their membership record within the GroupAaron system.
Your membership number should be treated as your personla GroupAaron membership identifier and should not be shared publicly
where unnecessary.
GroupAaron is intentionally designed differently from an open Crowdfunding website where absolutely anyone can
create an account and immediately ask the public for money.
We want to build a community around our platform.
Our membership system allows GroupAaron to establish a relationship wuth the people who use our programs
and Crowdfunding services.
This allows us to maintain a structured member database, establish member accounts, manage campaigns eligibility, and
apply appropraite identity and campaign-review procedures.
It also helps us distinquish between:
GroupAaron members
And
People attempting to use the platform without an established relationship with the community.
Membership therefore forms the foundation of the GroupAaron Crowdfunding ecosystem.
Becoming a member begins with an application to join the GroupAaron community.
Step 1 - Choose your membership plan
Select the membership package that best matches your needs, goals and expected use of GroupAaron services.
Each plan provides different campaign opportunities and membership benefits.
Step 2 - Complete your membership information
Provide the required information needed to establish your GroupAaron membership record.
This may include:
The GroupAaron Membership Card is your official membership identification
within the GroupAaron community.
GroupAaron offers different membership levels designed for people with different ambitions, needs, and levels of participation.
Your membership level determines the campaign opportunities and selected benefits available to you.
Pawn - $200 Annually
Designed for individuals and smaller personal goals.
Having a GroupAaron membership does not mean that GroupAaron guarantees that a member's campaign will receive donations.
Membership provides eligibility to apply for crowdfunding opportunities.
Every campaign must still meet GroupAaron's campaign requirements.
A campaign may be reviewed based on factors including:
GroupAaron does not want to operate as an anonymous fundraising marketplace.
Our approach is:
Community → Membership → Campaign Application → Review → Fundraising → Verification → Withdrawal
This structure helps establish accountability.
When a campaign owner is an existing GroupAaron member, we have an established membership record associated with that individual.
The member has a unique membership identity, an account history, and a relationship with the GroupAaron community.
This creates a stronger foundation for responsible crowdfunding.
Membership and campaign verification are two different things.
Being a member does not automatically mean that every campaign submitted by that member is verified.
For campaigns that require withdrawal, GroupAaron may require the campaign owner to complete additional verification.
One important part of this process is a campaign verification video.
The campaign owner may be required to record a video of at least approximately 60 seconds explaining:
The video should be clear, genuine, detailed, and recorded specifically for the verification process. Where appropriate, GroupAaron may request additional information or documentation. Once the required verification process has been successfully completed, the member's campaign/profile may receive a Verified status or badge. The verification badge should be understood as an indication that GroupAaron has completed its stated verification process. It should not be interpreted as a guarantee that the campaign will reach its target or that every statement made by the campaign owner is guaranteed to be true.
Crowdfunding is only one part of GroupAaron.
We want members to participate in the community rather than simply create a campaign and disappear.
Members may be encouraged to:
GroupAaron may provide rewards, gifts, or participation credits to members who complete eligible community activities.
These rewards are intended to encourage members to participate in the ecosystem.
For example, members may receive eligible rewards for activities such as:
Your membership card establishes your identity as a GroupAaron member.
Your campaign establishes the specific goal for which you are seeking community support.
These are connected, but they are not the same thing.
Each membership has a defined validity period.
Your membership card displays an expiration date.
For example:
Expiration Date: 31/12/2026
Members may be required to renew their membership to continue accessing benefits after the expiration date.
Renewal requirements, fees, campaign eligibility, and available benefits may change from one membership period to another.
Every GroupAaron member receives a unique membership identifier.
For example:
GA-2343-7628-9901
This identifier is connected to the member's GroupAaron record.
It can be used by GroupAaron to locate the appropriate membership account when administering member services.
Members should protect their membership credentials and should never allow another person to use their account or identity.
For security, the membership number itself should not be treated as a password or sufficient proof of identity.
You should become a GroupAaron member if you want more than simply a place to post a fundraising link.
Membership gives you the opportunity to become part of a community built around:
We believe a strong community is built on participation.
A successful campaign should not simply be about asking people for money.
It should be about sharing a genuine vision, building trust, communicating your goals, contributing to the community, and giving supporters a reason to believe in what you are trying to accomplish.
That's why GroupAaron combines:
Choose the membership plan that best matches your goals and become part of the GroupAaron community.
Once your membership is active, you can participate in eligible GroupAaron programs and, where applicable, submit your campaign for review.
Have the vision?
Build the community behind it.
Become a GroupAaron member and take the first step toward turning your goal into a campaign.
Membership and campaign approval are subject to GroupAaron's applicable terms, eligibility requirements, verification procedures, and policies. Membership does not guarantee campaign approval, donations, fundraising success, or withdrawal of funds.
